摘要 为解决煤矿综掘工作面的粉尘危害问题,在分析了多种单一降尘措施不足的基础上,提出了综合运用煤体注水降尘、涡旋气流控尘、除尘风机、高压添加剂喷雾降尘等技术,在空间和作用上具有串、并联结构形式,集防尘、降尘于一体的降尘技术,并在云驾岭煤矿综掘工作面进行了应用,取得了良好的效果,该技术对煤炭及相关行业工程施工具有一定的借鉴和参考作用。 Aiming at the dust hazard in coal mine, based on the shortcomings of single dust reduction technology, a complete set of integrated dust reduction technology was proposed, which combined water injection, vortex airflow dust control, dust exhausting fan, and high pressure atomizing dust settling with additive, etc. The technology is of series and parallel structure in the view of space and function, which also integrates dust prevention and settling. Application of the technology in fully mechanized tunneling face of Yunjiling Coal Mine has achieved favorable result.
