巷道修复机工作机构LUDV液压系统特性研究 被引量:11

摘要 为解决巷道修复机多个工作机构的联动协调问题,提高整机工作效率和可靠性,设计开发了巷道修复机工作机构LUDV液压系统原理图,利用AMESim软件建立了仿真模型并进行仿真研究,在试验台和地面试验过程中对该LUDV液压系统进行了测试分析,结果显示,当变量泵处于流量饱和工况时,动臂油缸和斗杆油缸的流量分别为46.5L/min和54.7L/min,相互独立,互不影响。井下工业性试验表明,该LUDV液压系统提高了整机的操作性能和工作效率,研究结果为巷道修复机工作机构LUDV液压系统的优化设计提供了理论依据。 In order to coordinate multiple working mechanism in mine roadway repair machine, improve the efficiency and reliability of the whole machine, the schematic diagram of LUDV hydraulic system in working mechanism for mine roadway repair machine was designed and developed, a simplified model was established and simulated with AMESim, the LUDV hydraulic system was tested and analyzed during the testbed and ground tests, the results showed that when the variable displacement pump was in saturation condition, the boom cylinder and the cylinder flow were 46. 5L/min and 54. 7L/min, which were independent from each other. The underground industrial test showed that the LUDV hydraulic system improved the operating performance and efficiency of the whole machine, the research results provided a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the LUDV hydraulic system of the mine roadway repair machine.
