摘要
在简要介绍组分迁移机理以及迁移过程影响因素的基础上,综述了推进剂组分迁移动力学的研究进展。根据物质扩散的介质,迁移动力学研究模型主要分为在一维平板中的扩散和半无限介质中的扩散两类,依据都是Fick扩散第二定律。也有学者将半导体中杂质原子的扩散机理运用到推进剂组分迁移中,得到了可靠的结论。另外,近年来随着计算模拟水平的发展,计算模拟方法如分子动力学等成功地模拟推进剂中增塑剂的迁移并求得动力学参数,得到与实验相一致的结论。
On the basis of brief introduction to the mechanism of ingredient migration and factors affecting the migration process,progress on kinetic studies of ingredient migration in solid propellant is mainly dicussed. According to the sorts of diffusion media,the model of kinetics studies can mainly be divided into two types,diffusion in a plane sheet and diffusion in semi-infinite media,respectively. Both the two types are based on the Fick's Second Law. Besides,some scholors have applied the machenism of impurity atom diffusion in semiconductors to ingredient migration in solid propellant and obtain reliable conclusions. In recent years,with the development of calculation and simulation,simulation methods like Melecular Dynamics( MD) have been successfully used to simulate the plasticizers migration in propellant and to get the dynamics parameters that have a good consistency with the conclusions of experiments.
