桥梁预应力孔道注浆密实性无损检测方法的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 围绕当前桥梁工程领域普遍关心的预应力孔道注浆密实性无损检测问题,通过理论分析、试验验证、定性与定量相结合的方法,针对当前桥梁工程领域常用无损检测方法对预应力孔道注浆缺陷识别的敏感程度进行了深入系统的分析研究。结果表明,采用超声波法和探地雷达法对预应力孔道注浆密实性进行检测是不可行或基本不可行的;而采用冲击回波-X射线相结合的方法,可完全实现桥梁预应力孔道注浆密实性的定量无损检测,且不必区分波纹管材料种类;实际检测中,如需对桥梁预应力孔道注浆密实性无损检测结果进行验证,可采用内窥镜法进行。 Centering on the nondestructive testing issue of prestress duct grouting density generally concerned by bridge engineering field, this paper conducted profound, systematic analysis and research on the level of sensitivity for defect recognition of prestress duct grouting against the nondestructive testing method commonly used in the field of bridge engineering by virtue of theoretical analysis, experimental Verification and combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results revealed that it was infeasible or basically not workable to employ ultrasonic method or ground penetrating radar method for detecting prestress duct grouting density. However, the quantitative nondestructive testing of bridge prestress duct grouting density could be fully realized by combination of impact echo and X ray with no requirement for distinguishing material types of i . corrugated pipe. In the actual testing, if verification is needed for the nondestructive testing result of bridge prestress duct grouting density, the endoscopy can be used for it.
