青岛近代金融建筑的维护现状及保育活化模式研究

Study on Protecting Status and Reuse Mode of Qingdao Modern Finance Buildings

阐述了青岛近代金融建筑承载着青岛特色的金融历史文化,研究其保育和活化模式具有重要的现实意义。梳理分析了青岛近代金融建筑的历史及保护利用现状,指出了这些建筑当前保护模式暴露的问题与呈现的特点,基于我国国情提出了政府、非营利机构、投资者、专业人员和民众五方面力量共同决策、共同监督的运行策略,旨在为历史建筑活化再利用提供借鉴与参考。

Qingdao finance buildings inherits the unique financial history and culture. Therefore, it is significant to study conservation and reuse of these buildings. In this study, we sum up the protecting characteristics of Qingdao modern finance buildings and propose a possible conservation mode of inspiration based on China＇ s current status, which is involved in the operation strategy of common decision and common supervision including local government, nonprofit organization, investor, experts and citizen. This study aims at providing references for activating and reusing historical buildings.
