摘要
面对教育硕士培养质量与培养目标的分化现象,大学谋求变革当前的教育硕士培养模式成为必然选择,"U-T-S"协作型教师专业化道路成为大学与中小学联动发展的理性选择。通过创设大学、地方教育研训机构与中小学的协同发展机制,"U-T-S"联合培养模式促进了理论、实践和指导的"三融通"。但"U-T-S"联动培养模式的全面实施受到变革意识和变革资源准备不足、变革各方内在文化冲突以及深度参与的缺少等诸多困境的制约,需要积极探寻各主体联动协作的利益契合点、建立平等互惠的"变革型伙伴关系"、打破三方制度壁垒并建立长效联动机制,这是实现"U-T-S"联动共生、提高我国专业教育硕士培养质量的核心抓手。
To solve the problem that masters in education delivered by higher schools are far from qualified against the pre-defined cultivation objectives, it becomes an inevitable choice for universities to reform the current cultivation mode of masters in education. "U-T-S", the collaborative teacher professionalized path, has become a rational selection for joint development made by universities and primary and secondary schools. By creating an collaborative development mechanism among universities, educational research and training institutions and primary and secondary schools, the "U-T-S" joint training mode promotes the "three-way activation" of theory, practice and guidance. However, the comprehensive implementation of "U-T-S" joint mode is heavily restricted due to the lack of reform awareness and reform resources, cultural conflicts arising out of different stakeholders and deficiency of deep participation. It requires active exploration of the meeting points of the interests of different stakeholders, construction of an equal and mutual benefiting "reform-based partnership" and the breakdown of the system barriers of the three collaborators and the establishment of a long-term collaborative mechanism, which is the key starting point to realize the "U-T-S" joint training mode and promote the quality of the masters in education in China.
