摘要
教师的日常工作是一种特殊的教育活动形式,它不止于操作层面,更多的是基于价值层面的审视与体察。置身于价值日益多元的现实社会中,一些教师的日常工作可能迷失价值方向。基于舍勒的价值伦理学视角,我们看到教师的志向规定着与其相符的教育行动,并朝向特定精神价值的实现。因此,教师有必要立足于精神价值的高度,明确教育之"志",坚守教育信念,以"为师之道"引领学生"为人之道",唤醒学生的"向学之心"与"向善之志",促进其人格健全发展。
Teachers" routine work serves as a special form of educational activities, which is not only practical operation, but more the value-oriented inspection. Nowadays, confronted with different values in the increasingly diversified society, some teachers may lose their value in their daily work. Based on Max Scheler's value ethics, it is the teacher's aspiration that decides the corresponding action, and then leads to the realization of his or her specific value. So teachers should take priority in the establishment of their aspiration and pursue it firmly. Moreover, they need to teach the students to follow the "logic of being a person" with their "logic of being a teacher", arouse their aspiration of learning and pursuing goodness, and promote the sound development of their personality.
