摘要
精细化管理对于实验室管理活动的开展具有积极的作用,因此在实验室管理活动中的应用越来越广泛,论文主要分析了精细化管理的必要性,研究了如何有效地对实验室进行精细化管理,希望能对实验室管理活动的开展提供一定的帮助。
Fine management plays a positive role in the laboratory management activities, so it is more and more widely used in laboratory management activities. This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of fine management, and studies on how to effectively carry out the fine management to the laboratory, hoping to provide some help for the development oflaboratorymanagement activities.
