Labor quota management is an important basic work for the production and operation management of railway enterprises. Making full use of the manpower and material resources to enable enterprises to maximize the amount of economic benefits. This paper mainly from the current situation of labor quota management of railway enterprise, deeply analyzes the problems existing in enterprise labor quota management, and puts forward guiding proposal, to timely solve the problems and to provide constructive suggestions for the development of more enterprises.
