Research on the Development Strategy of Tangshan National High-Tech Zone Under the Innovation Driven Strategy

论文立足"十三五"区域发展视角,在分析唐山高新区发展阶段和发展现状及趋势的基础上,总结过去发展中存在问题及发展优势,探索新时期高新区发展定位问题,并结合区域特色,充分发挥唐山独特区位及功能区叠加优势,明确今后发展对策和发展重点,力图对唐山国家高新区的发展有所裨益,对我国其他省市的同类高新区建设提供参考和借鉴。

Based on the＂ 13th Five-Year＂ regional development perspective, and the analysis of the development stage, development status and trend ofTangshan high-tech zone, the paper summarizes the problems and development advantages of the past, explores the positioning problem of development in the new era, and combines with regional characteristics, gives full play to Tangshan＇s unique location and functional superposition advantages, clearfies the development strategy and future development priorities, so as to benefit the development of Tangshan national hi- tech zone, and provide reference for the similar construction of high-tech zones in other provinces and cities in China.
