河北省奶牛养殖业发展现状及问题分析

从近年来河北省奶牛养殖业的发展规模、奶产量和进口奶情况可以看出河北省奶牛养殖业现存的问题主要有:乳品企业加重了养殖成本;国家推行的"粮改饲"政策难以实施;中小养殖户粪污处理不达标,资金投入过大;国外原料奶挤占中国奶农供应市场,消费者利益受损等。论文针对上述问题提出:用奶质说话,市场决定价格;政府完善相关政策实施细则,推进"粮改饲"工作;促进粪污标准化处理;控制进口乳制品数量等对策建议。

Based on the analysis of the development scale, milk production and imported milk situation of dairy cattle breeding industry in Hebei province in recent years, the existing problems of dairy fanning in Hebei province are as follows： dairy enterprises increase the cost of breeding; the policy of＂changing grain and economic crops into grain, economy and fodder crop＂ is difficult to implement, the sewage treatment of small and medium-sized farmers do not meet the standers, capital investment is too large, foreign raw milk squeeze the Chinese dairy farmers supply market, the interests of consumers damaged. For the above questions, paper presents the countermeasures as： according to the quality, the market decides the price, government improves the implementation of relevant policies to promote the policy of＂changing grain and economic crops into grain, economy and fodder crop＂, to promote the standardization of fecal disposal; to control the number of imported dairy products and others.
