摘要
班团一体化建设是高校辅导员工作中的重要内容,对于班级活动的开展具有重要的作用。因此高校都纷纷开展班团一体化建设,并且取得了一定的成绩,但也出现了一些制约因素。论文分析了民办高校在开展班团一体化建设中存在的问题,并提出了合理化的解决策略,希望能对民办高校班团一体化建设的开展提供一定的帮助。
The integration construction of the class and league is an important part of work for college counselors, it has an important role in class activities. Therefore, colleges and universities are carrying out the integration construction of the class and league, and achieved certain results, but there are also some constraints. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the integration constructionofclass and league in private colleges and universities, and puts forward the reasonable solution strategy, hoping to provide some help for the integration construction of class and league in private colleges and universities.
