浅谈大学生党性心理培养

Discussion on the Cultivation of College Students' Party Spirit

大学生在我国青年群体中所占比例较高,培养大学生党员可以促进党建工作建设,同时大学生党员是青年党员的代表团体,品格优秀的大学生党员可以为我国青年群体起到带头作用,加强社会和谐发展,所以必须从大学生党员心性培养入手,提高大学生党员的整体素质,促进党建工作展开。大学生党员心理结构中包含党性心理,因此论文将对大学生党员心理结构进行分析,提出一些加强大学生党性心理培养的建议[1]。

College students have a highpmportion ofyoungpeople in our country, and training party members of college students can promote the construction of party building. Party members of college students are representative groups of young party members, and excellent college studentpartymembers can play a leadingrole for youngpeople in our countryand strengthen social harmonious development. Therefore, we must start from the cultivation of college students party members＇ mind, improve the overall quality of party members of college students, and promote party building work. The psychological structure of college student party members contains party spirit, therefore, this paper will analyze the psychological structure of college student party members, and put forward some suggestions to strengthen the cultivation of college students＇ party spirit.
