各个高校的教学管理工作中都会出现多种新问题和新情况,对这些新问题和新情况提前做好应对方案,并且做好有效的处理,可以提高高校的教学管理效率。论文在介绍PDCA循环模式概述的基础上,主要研究了高校教学管理中PDCA循环的应用价值,希望能为相关人士提供一定参考价值。

There are many new problems and new situations in the teaching management of colleges and universities. According to these problems, we doing well the response and effective processing, can improve the management efficiency of colleges and universities. In this paper, based on the overview of PDCA cycle model, this paper mainly studies the application value of PDCA cycle in the teaching management of colleges and tmiversit ies, hoping to provide some reference value for the relevant people.
