随着社会经济的飞速发展,我国铁路企业在客货运输能力、路网建设、高铁发展、社会形象等方面都得到了稳定发展,在企业快速发展过程中,一线党支部的组织保障作用不可忽视。但是,在实际建设的过程中,存在一系列的问题和挑战。鉴于此,论文从铁路一线党支部建设的重要性、铁路一线党支部建设存在的问题、加强铁路一线党支部建设的几点建议三个方面具体阐述,希望对铁路一线党支部建设提供有针对性的建议。

With the rapid development of social economy, railway enterprises in China have developed steadily in terms of passenger and freight transport capacity, road network construction, high-speed rail development and social image. In the rapid development of enterprises, the function of organization guarantee of the front-line party branch should not be neglected. However, in the process of actual construction, there are a series of problems and challenges. This paper expounds the three aspects of the construction of the party branch of the railway front-line： the importance of the construction of the party branch of the railway front-line, the problems existing in the construction of the party branch of the railway front-line, and some suggestions on strengthening the construction of the party branch of the railway line, hoping to provide targeted suggestions for the construction of railway front-line party branch.
