食品是人类生命和健康所需要的能量源,与人类的生存和发展有着密不可分的关系,如今,随着我国社会经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,食品安全问题也备受关注。食品检测作为食品安全管理的重要环节,其在检测过程中还存在很多问题,影响着食品安全管理工作的正常开展,基于此,论文主要对食品检测进行了分析,并对食品安全管理问题及对策进行了研究,希望能够提高食品安全管理水平。

Food is the energy source needed for human life and health, and it is closely related to human survival and development, nowadays, with China＇s economic and social development and the improvment of people＇s living standards, food safety issues are also a concern. As an important part of food safety management, food detection still exists a lot of problems in the detection process, which are affecting the food safety management work, based on this, this thesis analyzes the food detection, and studies the problems and countermeasures of food safety management, hoping to improve the food safety management level.
