探讨高校教育改革与创新型人才培养

Discussion on the Reform of Higher Education and the Cultivation of Innovative Talents

创新型人才是具有创新意识和创新能力的人才,可以通过后天的教育以及自身的努力培养形成。高校可以通过教育改革,对学生个性、智力、知识、思维方式、思考技巧、价值观念等方面的教育,实现创新型人才的培养。论文简单分析了高校教育改革与创新型人才培养的重要性,并对高校教育和人才培养存在的问题进行了探讨,最后提出了几点高校教育改革与创新型人才培养策略。

Innovative talents are talents with innovative consciousness and innovative ability, which can be formed through the education of the students and their own efforts. Colleges and tmiversities can realize the cultivation of innovative talents through education reform, education of students＇ personality, intelligence, knowledge, thinking mode, thinking skills, values and so on. This paper briefly analyzes the importance of the reform of higher education and the cultivation of innovative talents, and probes into the problems existing in the education and talents training in colleges and universities, and finallyputs forward some strategies for the re form of higher education and the cultivation of innovative talents.
