This paper mainly analyzes the party building work at grass-roots level in rural areas under the background of new rural construction. Firstly, it introduced the connotation of new rural construction work, puts forward the problems faced by the rural grass-roots party construction work under the background ofnewrural construction, and lists the methods ofactivelyinnovating the planning and management of Party members and cadres in rural areas, as well as actively innovating and improving the ways and means of setting up the party organizations at the grass-roots level, and puts forward some measures to carry out the education work of rural party members at the grass-roots level and the innovative rural collective economic development system, strengthen the supervision system of grass -roots party organizations to strengthen the partybuilding work in rural areas.
