Whether the Communist Youth League organizations can truly unite the people and get support is the key issue that is related to the realization of the whole mission of the Communist Youth League. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the cohesion of the grass-roots organizations of the Communist Youth League, this paper studies and discusses the main ways to improve the organizational cohesion of the Communist Youth League of state-owned enterprises, hoping to further improve the status of the work of the Communist Youth League and promote the development of the enterprise.
