连云港市城乡道路客运一体化发展现状与对策研究

Research on the Current Development Situation and Countermeasures of Urban and Rural Road Passenger Transportation Integration in Lianyungang City

通过对连云港市城乡道路客运一体化发展现状进行阐述分析,指出连云港市城乡道路客运中存在着财政扶持政策不完善、城市公交整体吸引程度不强、城镇客运班线服务质量不高、镇村公交发展缺乏可持续性等问题。在此基础上,从完善财政政策扶持、落实城市公交优先发展战略、转变城镇客运经营模式、推进镇村公交发展等四个方面提出了促进城乡道路客运一体化发展的对策建议。

Through the analysis of the current situation of urban and rural road passenger transportation integration in Lianyungang, this paper points out that the urban and rural road passenger terminals in Lianyungang city have imper- fect financial support policies, the overall attraction of urban public buses is not strong, the service quality of urban passenger lines is not high, lack of sustainability, etc. On this basis, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integrated development of urban and rural road passenger transportation from four aspects： perfecting financial policy support, implementing the priority urban bus development strategy, changing the urban passenger transportation business model and promoting the development of public transportation in town and village.
