协同治理视域下高校思想政治理论课教学改革创新研究

Innovative Research on Teaching Reform of College Ideological and Political Theory Courses in the Perspective of Collaborative Governance

学校要构建纵向贯通的多层级协同治理体制机制,按照党委统一领导、党政部门协同配合、教务、学工一体化管理路径、二级学院"同向同行、协同育人"思想理念,形成思政课教学改革合力。横向来看,构建教育行政管理部门、教务部门、马克思主义学院、各二级学院等多元主体共同参与的横向协同工作机制,科学分工、协同育人,强化"课程思政育人"理念、能力和教学实践。在制定专业人才培养方案,建设课程体系,及专业课程教学方面,体现"课程思政"育人意识,促进知识传授与价值观教育同频共振。坚持"以学生为中心",构建符合学生实际需求的教学教材课程体系,探索"课堂教学+实践教学""必修+选学"的教学课程体系,构建教学质量和绩效评估体系。

Colleges should build a multi-level collaborative governance system, which should be formed in accordance with the unified leadership of the party committee, the coordination of the party and govern- ment departments, the integration of educational administration and academic institutions, and set up the idea of ＂peer to peer collaborative education＂ in secondary colleges, which can form the joint efforts of ide- ological and political reform. It is necessary to construct horizontal cooperative mechanism participated by multiple-subjects of educational administrative departments, teaching affairs department, Marxism col- lege, and secondary colleges. It is needed to carry out scientific division of labor, coordination of educa- tion, and strengthen the ＂ideological and political education with curriculum＂ concept, ability and teaching practice. In the development of professional personnel training programs, the construction of curriculum system, and professional courses teaching, it is necessary to reflect the ＂ideological and political education with curriculum＂ awareness, to promote knowledge transfer and value education simultaneously. It is nec- essary to adhere to the ＂student-centered＂, build a curriculum system that meets the actual needs of students, explore the teaching system of ＂classroom teaching ＋ practice teaching＂＂compulsory ＋ elec- tive＂ teaching course system and construct the teaching quality and performance evaluation system.
