后现代批判视域下大学英语跨文化教学研究——以《里奇拜见未来的岳母》为例

摘要 跨文化交际能力是外语综合能力的重要组成部分,在大学英语教学过程中培养学生跨文化意识、提高学生跨文化交际能力是大学英语教学的目标之一。影响广泛而深远的后现代批判思潮,对大学英语跨文化教学有着重要的启示作用。大学英语跨文化教学应该引导学生以教材为依托、以文化知识和跨文化交际为重点,通过文化比较与跨文化协商,探索既能保护本族文化,又能吸收外来文化精髓的跨文化"第三空间",实现大学英语跨文化教学的目标。 Intercultural communication competency plays a significant role in foreign language comprehen- sive capacities. In the process of college English teaching, one of the objectives is to cultivate students' in- tercultural awareness and enhance their intercultural communication competence. Postmodernist critical theory has a far-reaching influence on college English teaching and sheds light on it. Based on teaching ma- terial, highlighting cultural knowledge and intercultural communication, through cultural comparison and negotiation, the article attempts to expound college English intercultural teaching should explore ~'the third space" which can not only preserve native culture but also assimilate the quintessence of foreign cul- ture, so that its objective in cultural teaching can be achieved.
