On the Social Function and Development Trend of Old Trades Protection Association——A Case Study of Taizhou Old Trades Association

老行当是我国传统文化的重要组成部分,老行当协会是促进老行当再生多元化路径中的重要一环。泰州老行当协会在保护老行当过程中所发挥的社会功能主要包括:提供服务、宣传推广、产业化运作等。泰州老行当协会当前出现了以下发展趋势:保护方式不断丰富,管理机制日趋完善,组织能力逐步提升,影响范围迅速扩大。

Old trades are the important parts of traditional Chinese culture. Old Trades Association is aimed at promoting the regeneration and diversification of old trades. The social function of Taizhou Old Trades Associa- tion in the process of protecting old trades includes ： provision of service, propaganda promotion, industrialized operation and so on. Currently, the development trend of Taizhou Old Trades Association is as follows： con- stantly enriching its ways of protection; increasingly perfecting its management mechanism; gradually promo- ting its organizational capability; and rapidly expanding its range of influence.
