普通高校体育专业理论课程教学模式改革探索 被引量:34

摘要 在学习的自主性、合作性和探究性成为变革高校教学方式主音符的时代背景下,以普通高校体育专业理论课程教学改革为切入点,对普通高校体育专业理论课程教学模式的改革进行探索性研究。研究结果表明:在"参与式行学研"教学模式中,传统的"三固定"转变为"课前三自主、课中三互动、课后三学习"的教学模式,传统的填鸭式传教转变为"参与、实践、创新"三结合的自主教学方式,传统的定量评价转变为突出发展程度的过程性评价,教师由传统的"独白者"转变为体现信息时代的"六面人",且实现了课程资源的有效开发和利用。提出普通高校体育专业理论课程采用"参与式行学研"教学模式是合理的和可行的。 As learning autonomy, cooperation and exploration are becoming a main melody in university learning method in the current times. Viewing the reform of college sports theory course as research perspective, the author made an exploratory study of college sports theory course teaching mode. In the participatory action learning and action research (PALAR) mode, the traditional three fixed wills turn into three autonomies before class, three interactions in class, and three learnings after school in teaching mode, the traditional spoon-feeding mission will turn into three combinations of independent teach- ing methods, the traditional quantitative evaluation will also turn into the processed evaluation which highlights the degree of development, and the teachers' role will be changed from traditional monologue into six-face people with many informa- tion, and the curriculum resources will also be effectively developed and utilized. What' s more, the results show that the quality evaluation for teaching ,the theoretical test results and the satisfaction of theoretical lessons in experimental classes are significantly higher than those in control classes. It concludes that the participatory action learning and action research (PALAR) mode are reasonable and feasible in PE majors theory course in common colleges.
