北京某医院1999～2013年女性恶性肿瘤患者构成和变化分析

Proportion of the female patients with malignant tumors in a hospital in Beijing from 1999 to 2013

目的探讨近年女性恶性肿瘤住院患者构成及变化情况。方法选取1999年1月至2013年12月间北京市某三甲医院收治的71 318例女性恶性肿瘤住院患者信息,分析不同时间和年龄肿瘤患者的疾病构成及变化。结果位居前列的女性恶性肿瘤分别为乳腺癌、肺癌、甲状腺癌、结直肠癌、卵巢癌、胃癌和子宫颈癌,平均年龄51.36岁,40~69岁者最多(73.3%)。1999年至2013年,女性恶性肿瘤年均增长9.6%。患者数增长最多的为乳腺癌4 006例(26.5%),其次为甲状腺癌3 263例(21.6%)、肺癌2 184例(14.5%)、结直肠癌1 157例(7.7%)、子宫颈癌1 060例(7.0%)、卵巢癌838例(5.5%)和胃癌708例(4.7%)。结论近年女性恶性肿瘤患者总数呈上升趋势,以乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、肺癌、结直肠癌和子宫颈癌患者的增加为主。

Objective To analyze the proportion of the female patients with malignant tumors in a hospital in Beijing in recent years. Methods Hospitalization information of 71 318 inpatients with malignant tumors treated at a hospital in Beijing between January 1999 and December 2013 was collected. Distribution and its trend were analyzed at different time and in different age groups. Results Breast cancer,thyroid cancer,lung cancer,colorectal cancer,cervix cancer,ovarian cancer and gastric cancer were the most common cancers for women. Mean age was 51. 36 years,and the majority of patients were 40 to 69 years old（ 73. 3%）. From 1999 to 2013,the incidence of malignant tumors increased by 9. 6% annually in women. Breast cancer had the greatest rate of increase with 4 006（ 26. 5%） cases followed by thyroid carcinoma with 3 263（ 21. 6%） cases,lung cancer with 2 184（ 14. 5%） cases,colorectal cancer with 1 157（ 7. 7%） cases,cervix cancer 1 060（ 7. 0%） cases,ovarian cancer in 838（ 5. 5%） cases and gastric cancer in 708（ 4. 7%） cases. Conclusion In the past several years,the overall number of female malignant tumors showed an upward trend,which was mainly due to the increase of breast cancer,thyroid cancer,lung cancer,colorectal cancer and cervix cancer.
