SMS、SRM和SMOX基因mRNA在鹅等级前卵泡中的表达

The mRNA expression of SMS,SRM and SMOX genes in pre-hierarchical follicles of geese

摘要 为研究精胺、亚精胺和腐胺对鹅等级前卵泡发育的作用,通过荧光定量PCR对其合成代谢关键酶亚精胺合成酶(spermidine synthase,SRM),精胺合成酶(spermine synthas,SMS)和精胺氧化酶(spermine oxidase,SMOX)基因mRNA在鹅等级前卵泡中的表达情况进行检测分析。结果发现:SMS,SRM和SMOX基因mRNA在鹅等级前卵泡中均有表达,通过差异分析发现SMS基因mRNA在PE等级卵泡中的表达量最高,且表达量显著高于其他4个等级卵泡(P<0.05);而在SY,L,M和S这4个等级卵泡中表达量差异不显著(P>0.05)。SRM基因mRNA在PE和L等级卵泡中的表达量较高,差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于其他3个等级卵泡(P<0.05);而在SY,M和S等级卵泡中SRM基因mRNA的表达量差异不显著(P>0.05)。SMOX基因mRNA在5个等级卵泡中表达差异显著(P<0.05)。 The present study was conducted to examine roles of spermine,spermidine and putrescine on prehierarchical follicular growth in the goose,mRNA expressions of the key enzymes of spermidine synthase(SRM),spermine synthase(SMS) and spermine oxidase(SMOX) genes were determined by fourescence quantitative PCR in prehierarchical follicles of goose.The results showed that mRNA expressions of SMS,SRM and SMOX genes were found in prehierarchical follicles of goose.The difference analysis showed that at the PE,the SMS mRNA expression had the highest levels of follicles and significantly higher than that of the other 4 grade follicles(P〈0.05).While,expressions of SY,L,M and S in the 4 grade follicles were no different(P〉0.05).The mRNA expressions of SRM gene at the PE and L were high and no significant differences(P〉0.05),but significantly higher than the other 3 grades of follicles(P〈0.05).In SY,M and S levels of follicles,the mRNA expressions of SRM gene was no different(P〉0.05).SMOX gene was found significantly different in the 5 grades of follicles(P〈0.05).
