浦东白猪育肥阶段生长曲线拟合的研究

Study of the growth curve fitting in Pudong white pigs during feeder to finish

研究浦东白猪育肥阶段生长发育规律,并拟合其生长曲线。以87头饲养于生产性能测定系统(FIRE系统)的浦东白猪的生长发育数据(98 d到252 d)为基础,研究其生长发育规律。利用2种非线性模型对浦东白猪生长曲线进行拟合,获得了较理想的拟合效果。其中,以Logistic模型的拟合优度最高,拟合结果最接近真实情况。在Logistic模型拟合生长曲线中,浦东白猪公猪最大理论体重为128.719 kg,生长拐点体重是46.360 kg,拐点日龄是198.237日龄,最大日增重为514.871 g/d;浦东白猪母猪最大理论体重为111.773 kg,生长拐点体重是55.887 kg,拐点日龄是184.622日龄,最大日增重为447.089 g/d。

The objective of this study was to study growth curve fitting of the Pudong white pigs during feeder to finish.The growth data per day of 87 Pudong white pigs in feed intake recording equipment（FIRE） system from 14 weeks to 36 weeks were collected to study its regularity growth development.Result showed that two non-linear models were utilized to fit the growth curve of Pudong white pigs.Two models had good fitness and Logistic model played better for achieving the real observations.According to the Logistic model of fitting growth curve,the maximum theoretical weight of Pudong white boars was 128.719 kg,the growth turning point of Pudong white sows was 198.237 d within the weight of 46.360 kg and the highest daily gain of 514.871 g.The maximum theoretical weight of Pudong white sows was 111.773 kg,the growth turning point of Pudong white sows was 184.622 d within the weight of 55.887 kg and the highest daily gain of 447.089 g.
