日粮中发酵小麦秸杆替代水平对绵羊生长性能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:7

Effects of dietary fermentation of wheat straw replacement levels on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes in sheep

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮中添加发酵小麦秸杆对绵羊生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验选用40只平均体重为(19±1.05)kg的萨福克×湖羊杂交一代,采用单因子完全随机试验设计将供试羊随机分成4组(每组10只),对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别饲喂以发酵小麦秸秆替代0(对照)、20%、40%、60%普通小麦秸秆的基础日粮,试验期45 d。结果表明:各组始重差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组末重,平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著减低(P<0.05)。血液生化指标有些变化但没有影响羊的健康。综上所述,以40%的发酵小麦秸杆替代普通小麦秸秆配制日粮有利于提高绵羊的生长性能,不影响绵羊的健康。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of fermented wheat straw on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters in sheep.Forty sheep of Suffolk×Hu hybrids with an average weight of(19±1.05) kg were selected and randomly divided into four groups(ten sheep in each group),the control,Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with fermented wheat straw substitute 0(control),20%,40% and60% of the ordinary wheat straw based diets.The trial lasted for 45 days.The results showed that no significant differences were observed in the initial weights of each groups(P〉0.05),and the final weights and average daily gain of group II were improved significantly(P〈0.05).Some changes were found in blood indexes of biochemistry without affecting the sheep health.Together,replacement of ordinary diets with 40% fermented wheat straw were good to improving growth performance and not affecting health in the sheep.
