溴化二甲基二癸基烃铵对4种细菌的杀灭效果

摘要 以溴化二甲基二癸基烃铵消毒剂为研究对象,以大肠埃希菌、链球菌、志贺菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为受试菌,通过悬液定量杀菌方法,研究在不同温度(37℃,25℃,4℃)、不同作用时间下,溴化二甲基二癸基烃铵的最佳杀菌条件。结果表明,在没有有机干扰物存在时,当溴化二甲基二癸基烃铵含量为125 mg/L时,其在37℃,25℃,4℃下,与大肠埃希菌、链球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌(107cfu/L)作用1 min,杀菌率可达100%;相同条件下100%杀灭志贺菌的含量为250 mg/L。当作用时间为5 min时,除了在4℃不能100%杀灭志贺菌外,31.25 mg/L消毒剂在试验条件下对受试菌均可达到100%的杀灭。分别以大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为受试菌,研究有机干扰物对溴化二甲基二癸基烃铵杀菌作用的影响。结果发现,当干扰物(牛血清白蛋白)的终含量为3%时,在室温下(25℃)杀灭大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌(107cfu/L)的条件分别为62.5 mg/L、125 mg/L作用10 min以上;当干扰物终含量为25%时,相同情况下杀灭受试菌的条件分别为125 mg/L、250 mg/L。研究结果为溴化二甲基二癸基烃铵消毒剂的使用提供了基础资料。 In this study,the optimal bactericidal conditions of dimethyldiethyldecylammonium bromide were determined on Escherichia coli,Streptococcus,Shigella and Staphylococcus aureus at different temperatures(37 ℃,25 ℃,4 ℃) and different times.The results showed that 100% of E.coli,Streptococcus and Staphylococcus(10^7 cfu/L) could be killed with 125 mg/L dimethyldodecylammonium bromide at 37 ℃,25 ℃ and 4 ℃ for 1 min,respectively.At the same condition,100% of Shigella could be killed with 250 mg/L of the agent.The 31.25 mg/L of disinfectant could kill the four tested bacteria at 37 ℃,25 ℃ and 4 ℃ for 5 min with 100% except Shigella at 4 ℃.The effects of organic interference on the bactericidal effect of this agent were studied on E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus at 25 ℃.The results showed that the 62.5 mg/L of agent could completely kill E.coli(10^7 cfu/L) and 125 mg/L for Staphylococcus aureus,with the 3% bovine serum albumin(BSA) used as the interference and the administration time was more than 10 min.The concentration of agent were 125 mg/L for E.coli and 250 mg/L for Staphylococcus aureus with 25% of BSA used as the interference at the same conditions.This study will provide the basic data for the use of dimethyldecylammonium bromide.
