麻醉药盐酸赛拉嗪对犬肝肾功能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of xylazine hydrochloride on liver and renal functions in dogs during anesthesia

摘要 旨在研究临床上常用麻醉药盐酸赛拉嗪对犬肝肾功能指标的影响。选择成年健康杂种犬8只,按常规推荐剂量2.4 mg/kg体重股四头肌注射盐酸塞拉嗪进行麻醉。分别在麻醉前、麻醉后0.5 h、1 h、1.5 h、2 h、24 h、48 h、72 h颈静脉采血2 m L,分离血清。采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清肝肾功能相关指标。结果显示,与试验开始相比,各试验采血点血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和γ-谷氨酰转移酶的活性及血清总蛋白、直接胆红素、肌酐、尿酸、尿素氮的含量均无显著变化(P>0.05)。各试验采血点之间相比,肝肾功能指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究结果说明,盐酸赛拉嗪用于犬麻醉时对其肝肾功能均无明显影响。 To investigate the effects of xylazine hydrochloride on the liver and renal function in dogs during anesthesia,eight healthy adult hybrid dogs were anesthetized by quadriceps injection of xylazine hydrochloride at a dose of 2.4 mg/kg body weight.The blood samples were collected from jugular vein at 0 min before anesthesia and 0.5 h,1 h,1.5 h and 2 h after anesthesia.The serum indicators associated with liver and renal functions were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.These results showed that the activities of serum aspartate aminotransferase and γ-glutamyltransferase and the serum contents of total protein,direct bilirubin,creatinine,uric acid and urea were not significantly changed(P〉0.05) when compared with the starting point.Also,there was no significant difference in liver and kidney functions among the different experimental blood collection points(P〉0.05).It suggests that xylazine hydrochloride has no significant effect on liver and renal functions in dogs during anesthesia.
