摘要
为探讨研究金苓通肾口服液对大鼠排尿量、肾结石形成及对高尿酸血症小鼠的影响,采用水负荷模型测定金苓通肾口服液对大鼠排尿量的药效;采用氯化铵、乙二醇造成大鼠肾结石模型,测定金苓通肾口服液对大鼠肾脏组织中草酸钙结晶的形成情况的影响;采用腹腔注射次黄嘌呤制备高尿酸血症小鼠模型,测定金苓通肾口服液对小鼠血尿酸的影响。试验结果显示:金苓通肾口服液高、中剂量组与空白对照组比较,累积尿量均增多(P<0.05);高、中剂量组大鼠结石率明显小于模型对照组和排石颗粒组,形成的结石较少而小;金苓通肾口服液高剂量组可显著降低高尿酸血症小鼠血清中尿酸含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,金苓通肾口服液能促进大鼠排尿,抑制肾脏组织中草酸钙结晶的形成,并且有显著降低高尿酸血症小鼠血尿酸的作用。
The present study aimed to evaluate the pharmacological effects of the Jinling-Tongshen oral liquid on the urinary output and nephrolith in rat and hyperuricemia in mouse.The water load model and nephrolith model were established using the purified water,and ammonium chloride and ethylene glycol,respectively,in rat to measure the urinary output and the formation of oxalate crystal in kidney.Hyperuricemia model was established by peritoneal injection of hypoxanthine.The results showed that the Jinling-Tongshen oral liquid can accelerate the urinary output to promote the output of the calculus of kidney and decrease serum level of uric acid in hyperuricemia mouse.It suggests that the Jinling-Tongshen oral liquid is effective to inhibit the calculus formation and decrease the level of uric acid.
