摘要
本文对市场上流通的人参蜜和人参蜂王浆口服液进行分析和评价,根据有效活性成分人参皂甙和10—羟基—2—癸烯酸(10-H D A)的含量测定,评价它们的质量和工艺水平,引导人们建立评价蜂产品制剂的新观念。
We evaluated commercially avaelable ginsenghoney and ginseng royal jelly oral liquid on the basisof the effectiva chemical components such as 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid and ginsenide etc, we eva-luated the sample quality and technological level.This study leads to the establishment of a new ideaof assessing bee preducts preparation.
