外动颚式破碎机动颚齿板结构优化设计及应用

摘要 分析了影响外动颚式破碎机齿板磨损的模糊因素,主要包括齿板材质、物料硬度和粒度,以及结构因素(破碎腔型、齿板运动轨迹和齿形等)。以降低齿板磨损为研究目标,将影响动颚行程特性值的主要结构因素作为设计目标,采用模糊物理规划方法对动颚行程特性值进行优化,并进行试验验证。结果表明,优化后破碎机的动颚行程特性值减小,齿板磨损有效降低,整机性能得到提高。 The paper analyzed the influence of fuzzy factors affecting abrasion of the jaw plate of the externallymoving jaw crusher such as material of the jaw plate, hardness and particle size of material, structural elements(shape of the crushing cavity, motion trajectory of the jaw plate and tooth profile). To relieve abrasion of the jaw plate, the paper took the main structural elements affecting the characteristic value of the jaw stroke as the design objective, and applied fuzzy physical planning method to optimize the characteristic value of the jaw stroke. And then the test was conducted. The results showed the characteristic value of the jaw stroke decreased after optimization, abrasion of the jaw plate remarkably lessened, thus the performance of the crusher improved.
