LGM/LGMS立式辊磨机试验系统可以对水泥原料、水泥熟料和矿渣等各种物料进行立磨粉磨易磨性试验,为大型立磨设备选型提供依据,解决了以往大型立磨靠邦德功指数以及经验选型不准确的问题。该试验系统的成功应用,为大型立磨本体结构参数优化提供了理论依据。

The test system for LGM/LGMS vertical roller mill was applied to conduct grindability test for material such as raw material of cement, clinker and slag in the vertical mill, which offered reference for model selection of the large vertical mill, so as to avoid the inaccurate model selection of the large vertical mill based on bond work index and experience. The successful application of the test system offered theoretical reference for the optimization of the structural parameters of the large vertical mill.
