摘要
针对平煤股份四矿的地面集中降温系统的运行情况,提出了用高低压转换装置代替原有高低压换热器的节能改造方案;对高低压转换装置的控制单元进行了研究,解决了阀门开关的精准控制和稳定运行的技术难题;实际运行情况表明,控制单元稳定可靠,液压系统油温适合,装置的进出冷水温升保持在0.6℃以下。
According to actual operation situation of the ground centralized cooling system in Pingmei Fourth Mine, the paper put forward the energy-saving renovation scheme in which the pressure exchanger replacing the high and low pressure heat exchanger. In addition, it studied the control unit for the pressure exchanger, and solved the technical problems about precise control and stable operation of the valve. Actual operation showed: the control unit operated stably and reliably, the oil temperature of the hydraulic system appeared suitable, the temperature rise of inlet and outlet water of the pressure exchanger remained below 0.6 ℃.
