摘要 目的:探讨持续不同时间照射孕鼠子宫相应部位后,3D超声对胎鼠脑细胞的影响。方法:将12只孕鼠随机分为6组,除对照组外,其他组分别予以10、20、30、40、50min的3D超声持续照射,3d后脱臼处死,取胎鼠头部脑组织,10%福尔马林液固定24h后,采用常规HE染色,显微镜下观察、拍照。结果:3D超声持续照射孕鼠子宫相应部位30min后,胎鼠大脑海马神经元细胞间隙形成,并随着照射时间的延长间隙明显,50 min后间隙显著。结论:3D超声持续照射孕鼠子宫相应部位30min以上时,胎鼠大脑海马神经元细胞受损。 Objective: To investigate the effect of 3D ultrasound irradiation on the fetal rat brain cells after continuous irradiation of uterus in pregnant rats for different times.Methods: Twelve pregnant rats was divided into six groups, and treated with 3D ultrasound irradiation for 0,10,20,30,40,50 minutes.Three days later, pregnant rats were killed, the brain tissue of fetal rats were collected and fixed in 10% formalin for 24 h for HE staining, the changes of tissue were observed under a microscope. Results:The space appeared between hippocampal neurons cells in fetal rats after continunous 3D ultrasound irradiation of uterus in pregnant rats for 30 minutes and increased with the time, it was obvious after 50 minutes. Conclusion: Brain hippocampus neurons cells in fetal rats will be damaged, while the uterus in pregnant rats are exposed to 3D ultrasound irradiation for more than 30 minutes.
