双极性锌银贮备电池可靠性特征量的选择

摘要 为了合理提取电池工作可靠性特征量,对3种双极性锌银贮备电池低温环境下工作性能数据进行分析和处理。分别从电池激活电压、稳态电流放电电压、脉冲电流放电电压和放电至额定容量时电压等方面,提取可作为电池工作可靠性评估依据的特征参量,比较这些特征参量在可靠性评估中的作用,并验证不同特征参量对可靠性评估的有效程度。确定双极性锌银贮备电池工作可靠性特征量为脉冲电流放电电压。 The activation vohage and discharging voltage of three kinds of bipolar silver-zinc reserve batteries under low temperature were systemically analyzed. The character parameters of rehability evaluation were distilled in several facets, such as activation voltage, discharging voltage at small steady current and large impulse current and discharge cut-off voltage value. The effect of different character parameters on reliability evaluation was obtained and finally the discharging voltage at large impulse current was chosen as working reliability character parameters of bipolar silver-zinc reserve battery.
