Planning and Development of Underground Space in CBD Chongqing South Bank Areas

对城市地下空间现状进行了调查统计评价,分别从环境地质效应、地下空间平面、竖向分布情况进行阐述,并且对地下空间洞室埋深、覆跨比、高跨比、支护结构、依附岩层、渗水情况、稳定性等进行统计分析,得出浅层地下空间分布密集,可待开发的空间较小,中深层开发是未来城市规划开发充分利用的区域空间。

This paper statistically investigates the state-of-the-art of the underground space in urban area from the effect of environmental geology,footprint and vertical layout of the underground spaces.Aspects of embedment depth,embedment depth to span ratio,space height and span length ratio,supporting structure,surrounding rock mass,seepage and stability are statistically evaluated.It is concluded that the shallow embedded underground spaces are usually densely distributed but these have rare further development potentials.The medium and deeply embedded underground spaces have more development potentials.
