摘要
云南某铁金矿中金的品位为2.08 g/t。金矿物主要为自然金,其次为银金矿。金矿物粒度整体偏细,72.54%分布在-20μm;部分金矿物的粒度较粗,在+40μm的分布率为22.35%。因此,在氰化浸金的过程中,为取得更好的浸出效果,建议可适当的延长浸出时间和提高药剂浓度。此外,黑云母、高岭石等矿物在细磨后会产生大量的泥,也会对金的浸出效果造成一定的影响。
The grade of Au is 2. 08 g/t in a iron-gold ore fron Yunnan. The gold minerals are mainly native gold, a small amount of electrum. The size of gold mineral is fine, in the size of - 20 Ixm, the percentage of gold mineral is 72. 54% ; but, the size of partly gold mineral is coarser, in the size of + 40μm, it is 22. 35%. Therefore, in order to achieve better leaching effect, it is suggested that the methods of the process of cyanide leaching gold are increasing the reagent concentration and prolonging the leaching time. In addition, a large amount of slime will be produced after fine grinding of minerals such as biotite and kaolinite, and the leaching effect of gold will also be affected.
