废弃线路板分离富集金属和非金属的方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用万能高速粉碎机对废弃线路板进行破碎,采用ICP-AES分析线路板中主要金属含量,研究破碎累积时间对破碎产物以及金属铜在各粒径范围分布的影响,讨论粉末粒径大小对水力摇床分选效果的影响。结果表明,线路板中金属铜的含量达约25%;当破碎累积时间为180 s时,得到的破碎产品在0.15~1 mm粒径范围内的产率最高。采用水力摇床分选时,在0.15~1 mm粒径的粉末比较适合水力摇床分选,此粒级中铜的回收率达到98.3%以上。 The waste printed circuit boards were crushed with a micro crusher. The mainly metal content in the circuit board is analyzed by using ICP-AES, the research has been conducted about the influence of broken accumulated time on the distribution of broken products and range. The influence of particle size on the hydraulic shaking copper which is major metal in different particle size table separation effect has been discussed. The results indicate that the content of copper in the circuit board is about 25%, the highest yield of the product in the particle size range 0. 15-1mm was obtained when the accumulated time was 180s. The powder with 0. 15-1mm particle size is suitable for hydraulic shaking table separation. The recovery ratio of copper reach above 98.3% during this range using shaking table separator.
