归芍地黄汤治疗更年期综合征疗效观察

Observation of effect of Guishao Dihuang decoction on climacteric syndrome

目的:观察归芍地黄汤治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征的疗效。方法:选取门诊就诊的更年期综合征患者127例,随机分为两组。治疗组64例口服坤泰胶囊及归芍地黄汤颗粒剂,对照组63例服用与归芍地黄汤颗粒配方相同,但药物含量仅为1/40的中药配方颗粒,作为安慰剂。每月连续服用10天,连续服用3个月,疗程结束后观察两组患者的中医症状的改善情况,同时比较两组患者治疗前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平以及Kupperman评分变化。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率79.37%,治疗组总有效率95.31%,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者性激素水平、Kupperman评分与对照组相比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:归芍地黄汤治疗女性更年期综合征安全有效。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Guishao Dihuang decoction on climacteric syndrome of liver-kidney yin deficiency. Methods： 127cases of patients with climacteric syndrome were selected in clinic attendants and divided randomly into two groups. 64 cases of treatment group were treated with oral Kuntai capsules and Guishao Dihuang decoction granula. 63 cases of control group were treated with Chinese medicine formula granules which were same as formula of Guishao Dihuang decoction granula, but had only 1/40 drug content, as placebo. The patients of both groups took continuously for 10 days per month, and continuously for 3 months. After the end of treatment course, the improvement of TCM symptoms of patients in two groups was observed. At the same time, the levels of follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH） and estradiol （E2） as well as the change of Kupperman score of patients before and after treatment were compared in two groups. Results ： After treatment, the total effective rate of control group was 79.37%, while the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.31%. Compared the total effective rate between two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with control group, the sex hormone level and Kupperman score of patients in treatment group were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Guishao Dihuang decoction for treating female climacteric syndrome is safe and effective.
