The Research about Urban Economic Developmentby the Revitalization in Northeast Old Industrial Base Perspective——Taking Shenyang as an Example

在对沈阳市"十二五"期间经济发展取得成绩回顾的基础上,通过对沈阳市经济发展存在问题进行研究的基础之上,重点对东北老工业基地城市—沈阳市的经济发展存在问题及其成因进行了深入分析与探讨,并结合振兴东北的政策背景,对沈阳"十三五"时期的经济发展提出了策略建议。

On the basis of the review and the problems of economic development during the 12th five-year plan of Sheny- ang,this paper focuses on the problems and causes of the economic development of the urban --Shenyang in the old indus- trial base of northeast China. Puts forward some suggestions on the economic development of Shenyang 13th five-year plan period under the policy background of revitalizing the northeast.
