京津冀协同发展是习近平总书记亲自谋划、亲自推动的重大国家发展战略,也是贯彻"五大发展理念"的伟大实践,推动好、落实好京津冀协同发展是改革的历史责任。能不能落实好京津冀协同发展重大国家战略,是对我们是否讲政治、是否把"四个意识"落到实处的重要检验。文章简要分析了目前京津冀协同发展国家战略的意义及背景,介绍了目前天津在京津冀协同发展中的进展情况,最后提出意见及建议。

Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative development is a major national development strategy designed and promoted personally by general secretary Xi Jinping. It is also the great practice of the implementation of the ＂five development concepts＂. To promote and implement the collaborative development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei is the historical responsibility of reform. Whether we can implement a major national strategy for the collaborative development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei is an important test of whether we are talking about politics and whether the ＂four senses＂ will be put into effect. This paper briefly analyzes the significance and background of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative development of the national strategy, and introduces the current progress of Tianjin in the collaborative development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei, and finally puts forward opinions and suggestions.
