摘要
随着电力企业信息化进程的深入和推进,纸质运维工单系统已经不能很好地满足企业需求,为此,文章提出了基于电子工单的运维系统。文章针对已有纸质工单存在的问题进行需求分析,建立电子工单运维系统,采用C/S架构和B/S架构,并基于远程通信技术、智能搜索技术和机器学习技术实现工单派发、远程通信、工单信息统计、个性化知识库构建等功能。和纸质工单系统相比,该系统降低了运维成本和运维错误率,提高了运维准确性和响应速度,保证了电力企业的稳定性和高效运转。
With the deepening of the informationization process of power enterprises, the paper operation maintenance system cannot meet the requirements of the enterprise well. The operation and maintenance system based on the electronic worksheet is out. Based on the requirement analysis of the existing problems of paper worksheet, an electronic work list system is established, adopt to C/S architecture and B/S architecture, and based on remote communication technology, intelligent search technology and machine learning technology, to execute work order distribution and remote communication. Compared with the paper system, the system reduces the cost of operation and maintenance and reduces the operation and maintenance. The error rate increases the accuracy and response speed of operation and maintenance, ensuring that the power enterprises are qualitative and efficient.
