基于趋优融合灰色熵权法的生态经济综合指数动态评价——以江西省为例

Dynamic Evaluation of Ecological and Economic Comprehensive Index Based on the Method of Optimal Fusion and Grey Entropy Weight: A Case of Jiangxi Province

论文从社会发展、经济增长、生态建设、资源利用和环境保护5个方面构建生态经济综合指数评价指标体系。基于2009—2013年江西省11个地级市的面板数据,利用熵权法对指标客观赋权,从评价者对生态经济评价趋优考虑的角度,构建趋优融合下的灰色关联分析模型,对江西省各地市的生态经济综合指数进行动态评价研究。运用系统聚类方法将各区域不同维度下的生态经济发展水平划分为三类:Ⅰ类城市:南昌市、景德镇市和萍乡市;Ⅱ类城市:九江市、新余市、鹰潭市和赣州市;Ⅲ类城市:吉安市、宜春市、抚州市和上饶市,并提出相关对策建议,以供参考。

The index system of ecological economy comprehensive index, which includes social development, economic growth, ecological construction, resource utilization and environmental protection, was built up to measure and evaluate the development situation of ecological economic system. Based on 2009-2013 panel date of 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi province, the index was weighted by entropy weight method. The paper established the model of optimal fusion and grey entropy weight to evaluate the ecological economy comprehensive index of 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province dynamically. Each region at the levels of eco-economic from various dimensions was divided to three types by system clustering method. Type I ： Nanchang, Jingdezhen and Pingxiang. Type Ⅱ： Jiujiang, Xinyu, Yingtan and Ganzhou. And type Ⅲ Ji＇an, Yichun, Fuzhou and Shangrao. Relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for reference.
