生态文明视角下外资企业环境责任行为驱动因素实证研究

Empirical Study on Driving Factors of Responsibility Behavior of Foreign Invested Enterprises Environment from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

生态文明的建设不只是生态环境的保护与治理,而是将其融入人与人、人与社会、人与自然关系的发展中,从而对经济、社会、文化发展与资源环境保护协调机制进行深入探究。文章以生态文明为视角,选取生态环境与经济发展矛盾突出的内蒙古地区为研究对象,运用PRA法对呼和浩特市、包头市、鄂尔多斯市、赤峰市30家外资企业进行调查,运用SPSS将所得数据进行相关分析,得出结论 :(1)外资企业承担的基本企业环境责任的主要原因是相关法律法规的要求;(2)外资企业承担的中级企业环境责任的主要原因是提升企业品牌形象;(3)外资企业承担的高级企业环境责任驱动的主要原因是获取企业高端经营合法性。

The construction of ecological civilization is not only to protect the ecological environment and governance, but it will be integrated into the relationship between people and people, people and society, man and nature development, and in- depth research on economic, social and cultural development and environmental protection coordination mechanism. Based on the perspective of ecological civilization, the raised contradiction between the ecological environment and economy in Inner Mongolia as an example, take the way of sampling investigation, using the PRA method for the investigation 30 foreign-funded enterprises of Hohhot City, Baotou City, Erdos City, Chifeng City, the use of SPSS about the resulting data clustering analysis, test of significance, draw the conclusion： （1） The main reasons of environmental liability borne by the foreign enterprise basic is the requirements of relevant laws and regulations; （2） The main reason of intermediate corporate environmental responsibility borne by the foreign enterprises is to enhance the corporate brand image; （3） The main reason of senior corporate environmental responsibility of foreign-funded enterprises bear the driver is to obtain business legitimacy.
