基于脱钩指数的赤峰市现代农业评价体系研究 被引量:2

摘要 现代农业是"五化协同"发展的重要组成部分。通过总结现有的现代农业研究成果,结合赤峰市农业发展环境和现状,选取10个与赤峰市农业生产相关性较高的指标作为分析因子,建立适合赤峰市情况的现代农业评价指标体系。依据此指标体系核算1996—2014年赤峰市现代农业的评价指数。结果显示,1996—2014年赤峰市现代农业指数保持了在波动中增长的趋势。推动赤峰市现代农业指数长期增长的主要因素是农业机械保有量、有效灌溉面积、农村用电量和农用薄膜使用量的持续增长,次要因素是林地面积增长带来的生态效益对现代农业的推动。2000—2009年赤峰市现代农业指数出现了下降和长期波动,主要原因是赤峰市农业有效灌溉面积、农村用电量和农用薄膜使用量在这一时期均出现了剧烈波动。 Modem agriculture is an important part of the five coordination development. In combination with agricultural development environment and the status quo of Chifeng, it selects 10 indicators as analysis factors which are high correlation with agricultural production of Chifeng, establishing evaluation index system of modem agriculture of Chifeng by summarizing the available results of modem agriculture research. According to this index system, it accounts the evaluation index of modem agriculture of Chifeng from 1996 to 2014. The results show that modem agriculture index keeps growth trend in waves of Chifeng from 1996 to 2014. The main factors to promote long-term growth of the modem agriculture index of Chifeng are the steady growth of agricultural machinery ownership, effective irrigation area, rural electricity consumption and agricultural film usage. The secondary factor is the ecological benefits of forest land area expanded to promote modem agriculture. Modem agriculture index of Chifeng shows declining and long-term fluctuations from 2000 to 2009. The main reason is that the effective agriculture irrigation area, rural electricity consumption and agricultural film usage of Chifeng appear sharp fluctuations in this period.
