Environmental Pressure Variation and Decomposition of Driving Forces in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

环境压力的变动及其社会驱动力研究对循环经济、绿色经济发展作用重大,也对政策着力点选择和实施方法等具有引导意义。基于此,文章以广西壮族自治区为研究区域,选取该区2003—2013年物质输入流和输出流共五项环境数据指标为基础,采用构建指标法研究该区环境压力的总体变动趋势,再利用分解分析的方法将环境数据进行具体到生产端六个生产部门和消费端六个消费部门的分解。结果表明:2003—2005年,广西环境压力明显上升,2005—2013年环境压力波动下降;生产端内部的制造业部门和消费端内部的固定资本形成对环境压力变动的贡献最大。论文的创新点在于从生产和消费两端对环境压力指标数据进行细化分解,具体直观到社会生产的每个方面,更有利于政策的针对性落实。

The research on the change of environmental pressure and its social driving force is not only important to the cyclic economy, but also has the guiding function to the policy focus point selection and policy implementation method and so on. Based on this, this article takes Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the target location, selects five environmental data indexes of the material in-output flow in the area from 2003 to 2013, uses the index method to analyze the overall trend of environmental pressure in the area for 11 years Analysis, then uses decomposition analysis to decompose the environmental data to specific section, including six production departments and six consumer sectors. The results show that during 2003 to 2005 the environmental pressure increased obviously while became to decrease in fluctuation during 2005 to 2013. In addition, the contribution from fixed capital formation of the consumption side and manufacturing of the production side has the greatest contribution to the environmental pressure fluctuation. The innovation of this paper is to decompose the data of environmental pressure indicators from both two sides of production and consumption to specific aspects of social production. It is more clear, definite and conducive to the imnlementation of nolicv.
