摘要
文章主要探讨了自然干扰、人类活动对县域生态系统健康的影响程度,及在某一生态系统健康状态下生态环境与经济如何协调发展的问题,通过运用模糊物元模型、熵权法等,分别构建了县域生态系统健康评价体系及县域生态环境与经济社会协调发展评价体系,并以哈巴河县为研究样本,研究发现2004—2014年哈巴河县生态系统一直处于亚健康状态,但健康水平呈不断趋好形势,生态环境与经济协调发展程度得到不断改善;2008年为生态环境与经济协调发展拐点(由"中"上升到"良"),这主要是受经济社会快速发展与生态环境质量下降的"双重叠加效应"影响的结果。最后对比分析两个评价体系结果发现生态环境与经济社会发展越协调,生态系统表现得越健康。
This paper mainly discusses the influence of natural disturbance and human activities on the regional ecosystem health, and how to coordinate the development of ecological environment and economy in a particular ecosystem health condition. By using the fuzzy matter-element evaluation model and entropy weight method, we construct the evaluation system of county ecosystem health and the coordinated development evaluation system between regional economy and environment for a case of Habahe County. The results showed that Habahe ecosystem has been in a state of sub-health from 2004 to 2014, but the health levels was getting better and better situation, and the coordinated development degree of ecological environment and economy has been improved. And found that in 2008 to coordinate the development of the inflection point (from the "rise" to “good”), which mainly by the result of "double stacking effect" between rapid economic development and ecological environmental degradation. Finally, by comparing the results of two evaluation systems, we found that the more coordinated the ecological environment and economic development is, more healthy the ecosystem performance will be.
