Domestic Academic Research on Group Event in Past Ten Years:Review and Reflection

群体性事件是学术界长期以来关注的热点,也是透视当下中国基层政治生态的重要渠道之一。聚焦于近十年来国内学界的群体性事件研究,对既有学术作品回顾和反思,可以发现:在国家取向下,群体性事件意味着政府治理过程中存在不足,谁来治理、如何治理、怎样治理、治理成效、治理困境是研究的侧重点;在社会取向下,群体性事件则凸显社会力量不断成长,不同利益群体相互之间存在矛盾纠纷,群体性事件的行为特征、内在动机、行动逻辑、后果影响等是学术界关注的焦点。国家治理与底层研究一直是群体性事件讨论中的两个重要视角。在分析框架上,现有研究形成了宏观、中观与微观三个层面各具特色的研究。

Domestic group event has always been a significant field in academic research.It is also a social phenomenon that helps to understand china grassroots politics.Focusing on that the domestic academic research of group event in past ten years,we find:For the government,occurrence of group event reflects governance's deficiency.The emphasis of the study is that the governance's subject,governance's mechanism,governance's effectiveness and governance's dilemma.For the society,occurrence of group event reflects the growth of social force and disputes among different interest groups.The emphasis of the study is that the behavior's characteristic,behavior's motivation,behavior's logic and behavior's consequences of the group events.State governance and Subaltern Studies have been two important perspectives in the discussion of Group events.The existing research has formed three different analytical frameworks,including macro,meso and micro study.
